Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food and beverage standards, ensuring top-quality meals, and managing the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high productivity and professionalism
- Manage inventory, kitchen supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Plan and update menus in collaboration with management
- Monitor food costs and implement effective cost-control measures
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all meals
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in culinary management
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food & beverage standards
- Demonstrated ability to plan menus and control costs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant food safety and sanitation certifications are an added advantage
